Some of the most valuable experiences a professional can have are when they attend a workshop. Apart from learning new things, by attending a workshop, you can build new relationships, establish connections with like-minded people, and even get to know clients and vendors on a more personal level.
The workshops are exclusive and invitation only. Those that register to attend the summit will be personally invited to attend the workshops once their application has been successfully processed.
User-Centred Design Workshop

This NHS Digital, NHS and techUK hosted workshop is designed for NHS Leaders providing an introductory understanding of the practice method approaches of User-Centred Design in the design, development procurement and implementation of digital technologies in healthcare.
This has been designed to support a better understanding of the approach, methods and return on investment for UCD as well as the benefits that will flourish within their organisation.
HETT Virtual Wards Workshop
9:30 – 10:30 AM
This workshop will showcase some of the latest guidance and support available for those embarking or scaling up virtual ward services. The audience will be able to develop a better understanding of the approach, methods and clinical support needed to deliver services that support people to be closer to home whilst getting the correct care they need.
This workshop is open to those with a keen interest in remote monitoring technologies and virtual ward services. It shall support leaders or digital enablers who are looking to introduce or scale virtual ward services within their local area.
Socitm ICS Workshop
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Proven Service Redesign and User Experience approaches need to become a strong feature in ICS Care Model Design and its delivery. There are many challenges to overcome e.g. the digital exclusion of certain communities.
In this workshop, we will aim to answer some key questions such as “how can ICS’s best exploit design thinking to create better and more accessible services?” and “how can the public become a true voice in shaping the digital strategies and plans of ICS’s?”.
