Running safe events for our communities is our priority

We are highly committed to the health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors and the wider community. You will be required to present either evidence of a negative lateral flow test (within 48 hours) or proof of double vaccination no less than 14 days before attendance (displayed via the NHS app or NHS website) to gain entry to the event.

ENTRY: NHS COVID Pass, Vaccination Proof or Negative Lateral Flow Test

The QEII Centre requires all attendees to bring with them evidence of a negative lateral flow test (dated within 48 hours of attendance and reported on the Government website, displayed via text or via the NHS app) or proof of double vaccination no less than 14 days before attendance (displayed via the NHS app or NHS website). How to get an NHS COVID Pass?

You can get an NHS COVID Pass, obtained most easily via the NHS App, if you have been double vaccinated 14 days prior to the event or you have a negative LTF or PCR test within 48 hours of creating the pass.

REGISTER IN ADVANCE

This will ensure our staff will be able to manage the crowd, and plan effectively for the number of attendees as we will have a reduced contact-registration system.

Please pay careful attention to all communications sent out from our event team regarding the event and registration process. Mark us a 'safe sender' so these important updates come straight into your inbox.

PLAN YOUR VISIT

Check out our agenda, the location of the venue, floorplan, exhibitor list and plan any meetings in advance to get the most out of the event in the safest way possible.

SYMPTOMS CHECK

If you have a temperature of higher than 100.4 F, 38.0 C or any COVID-19 symptoms, we politely request that you refrain from visiting our event.

Please ensure you have downloaded the NHS COVID-19 contract tracing app AND the NHS App if you plan to use it to display your NHS COVID Pass on entry to the event.

EVENT AND VENUE FACILITIES

At the QEII Centre London, there will be opportunities to have your items stored in the cloakroom will be placed in its own clear biodegradable and eco-friendly garment bag to avoid contamination. Please visit  https://qeiicentre.london/ to view their specific COVID-19 measures.

SANITISING STATIONS

Guests will be kindly asked to use the hand sanitisers located in the entrance. The QEII Centre will ensure all spaces and touch surfaces are regularly sanitised e.g. door handles, push plates, stair rails, lift call buttons etc.

ENHANCED CLEANING MEASURES

Their cleaning team carry out regular Clorox deep cleans in rooms, on furniture and equipment and technical equipment is sanitised in between each use.

FACE-COVERINGS

All delegates are required to cover their face when in public areas at the QEII Centre. You will not be admitted without face covering or cannot present evidence of why they cannot wear a covering (lanyard/certificate). Once at the conference, please follow the guidance from HETT as you arrive. Sneeze screens are provided at reception and registration areas.

TRACK AND TRACE

We are passionate about ensuring the safety of our visitors and exhibitors. In order to keep everyone safe, please have the NHS Track and Trace app installed on your mobile device. Using the app will allow for the local authorities to contact you if there is any need to. Please ensure you give accurate information throughout the registration process.
